How Much Does It Cost?
We charge a flat fee of $2.00 per order plus $1.00 per additional unit of contact lens ordered for shipping in the US & Canada. If you order over $100, there is no shipping charges for anywhere in the US & Canada. We charge a flat rate shipping of $20 for any orders outside of the US or Canada.
How Do We Ship?
We ship from the U.S. using first class postal office mail or FedEx ground.
When Do We Ship?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Typically with items in stock we ship within 3 days of the order been placed
What is Your Return Policy?
We do not accept product returns unless its an error in our part on the shipment or obvious product defect. All products are sold AS-IS otherwise. For shipment errors (we shipped the wrong product or wrong quantity), you may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund except shipping cost. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. All customers must contact payment@mycirclelens.com first for issues and potential returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
